I found the hotel to be conveniently located just outside the airport, making it extremely easy to reach various places in Houston. The room was spacious and comfortable, but some renovation was needed. The dining experience was disappointing, and the service lacked friendliness.

My room was large and the mattress was of high quality. However, there were urine stains and hair in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. Requested a room transfer, which was promptly accommodated. The room was missing some international TV channels.

The service was not very welcoming and the front desk staff seemed to rush interactions. One staff member even hung up on me intentionally during a phone call seeking guidance. The attempt to offer more cookies to make up for the inconvenience was not sufficient.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room I had was still a good deal, although it was undergoing renovations. It was a bit odd to have an old suite facing the pool that also had a board room in the sitting area. On the positive side, the staff was very kind and helpful, addressing concerns in a friendly manner, and the location was super close to the airport. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired with urine stains and hair. The dining options were not satisfactory as well, with poor selection, and the hotel was not well kept, needing the pool water cleaned.
